Delivery Explained

i. After you have placed your order and uploaded your artwork you will receive (within 1 day Monday to Friday) by email a PDF contract proof for you to sign off to print.

ii. When placing your order you have the following delivery options :
FREE Next Day - Mainland UK - Pre 5:30pm (this is FOC)
Next Day - Mainland UK - Pre 9:00am
Next Day - Mainland UK - Pre 10am
Next Day- Mainland UK - Pre 12:00 Noon
Saturday - Mainland UK - Pre 3pm
2-3 Days - Europe
Fedex - USA
Fedex - Rest of the World

iii. After you have emailed approval to print your order will be dispatched within 10 working days on the delivery service that you selected when placing your order.

iv. All our orders are sent via FedEx. Should you wish to track your order we can email you with a FedEx tracking number.

v. All deliveries must be signed for – please make sure that someone is at the delivery address to receive your order.

vi. We do have a same day courier delivery service available for any orders that a next day service will not accommodate – please call for details.
